It’s a combination of some basic principles.
- Don’t snack.
- Wait up to a minimum of 4 hours between your 3 meals before eating the next.
- Drink a minimum of 60 ounces of water a day.
- Eat 2 cups of vegetables at every meal.
- Do not eat a starch with your last meal of the day.
